Baptist Church honours Chikelue's mother-in-law

It was joy galore over the weekend when the Baptist Church at Ayedun Ekiti in Ekiti state honoured Olori Margret Olufunke Ojo, the mother-in-law of Chikelue Ilonyeosi, a former Super Eagles player as the "Iya Alade" of the church.
Olori Ojo, who is a devout Christian has shown exemplary lifestyle in the service to God and humanity and little wonder she was honoured by the church in a ceremony that was witnessed by some football stakeholders in the country led by Otunba Sunday Ajayi, chairman of Ondo state and notable personalities in the South West.
Olori Ojo, the "Iya Alade" disclosed to Hotline News that she was glad to be honoured by the church and she will continue to serve God in truth and in the spirit and also continue to help humanity.

"I give God the glory for this honour and I am also grateful to the church. I pray that God will give me the grace to continue to render services to Him and humanity," Olori Ojo said.
An excited Chikelue Ilonyeosi, the son-in-law said that he was indeed grateful to God for all the marvelous things he has done for the family, as he also thanked God for the Christian virtues of his mother-in-law, the new "Iya Alade" of the Baptist Church.
His words, "I am grateful to God for his mercies over our lives and family. I pray that God's mercies will continue to strengthen my mother-in-law as the new "Iya Alade" of Baptist Church."
