Okorom promises win against El-Kanemi

Okorom against an opponent
Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries FC defender, Okorom Stanley, is very optimistic that his side will win big against El-Kanemi Warriors FC in Matchday 18 of the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) involving both teams.
The Lagos-based team will host second-placed El-Kanemi Warriors in Sunday's Nigerian top league match at the Soccer Temple, Agege Township Stadium with a bright chance to go top of the NPFL table since league leaders Plateau United's game against champions Enugu Rangers have been postponed owing to the Enugu club's involvement in a Caf Confederation Cup game.
A very difficult and entertaining encounter it will be for both teams but Okorom believes the Olukoya Boys have all it takes to win the game with wide margin in order to reignite the confidence their fans have in them.
He said: "Actually we have what it takes to come out victorious against El-Kanemi Warriors. We lost our last game and we are not happy I must tell you the truth, so we need to bounce back with a lot of goals because if we win that game we will go back to the top of the table and I pray that by God's grace we are going to win by at least four or five goals."
The right full back who has scored a goal with three assists so far this season concluded by saying: "We want to re-ignite the confidence our fans have in us and the only way to do it is to score more goals like four or five remember we did it against Lobi Stars so I believe we will do it again against El-Kanemi."
MFM FC are in third position on the 20-team table with 30 points from 18 matchdays. A resounding victory against the Borno Army will help Fidelis Ilechukwu and his wards achieve their set objective for the first stanza of the 2016/17 NPFL.
