Fresh commends football stakeholders for Gov. Cup success

Chairman Nigeria Football Federation, NFF Referees Appointment Committee, Alhaji Ahmed Yusuf fresh has commended all those who participated in the success of the just-concluded 37th edition of the Niger State Governor's cup final in Mokwa, tagged: “Mokwa 2017.”
Speaking after the tournament, through his SA on media, Mr Aro Olaoluwa, Fresh said, “I want to appreciate all my friends in the football cycle especially those from the Nigeria Football Federation, the executives starting from chairman of chairmen, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau; Independent Chairman NLO, Mr Mohammed Alkali; Chairman of Kano State Football Association, Alhaji Rabiu Inuwa; Adamawa State Football Association chairman, Alhaji Musa Duhu.
Also the congressmen, Chairman Taraba State Football Association, Mr Timothy Heyman, former NFF General Secretary, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi; Ondo State Football Association Chairman, Otunba Dele Ajayi; Ogun State Football Association, Mr Majeek, among others.
Fresh also thanked the Nigeria Referees Association, NRA led by its President, Mr Tade Azeez; Prince Elube, FIFA retired referee; President of the Nigeria Footballers Players Union, Alhaji Diaru Sadi, ex-international, Patrick Pascal, and others.
The man who also doubles as the Niger State Football Association chairman also appreciated all the journalists that have been covering the tournament right from inception.
It would be recalled that the neighbouring town, Bida Local Government won this year’s Niger State Governor’s Cup; they saw off host, Mokwa Local Government in front of over 5000 fans who came to watch the tournament which started since inception 1976.
