Five persons including a
pregnant woman, yesterday sustained severe injuries when three vehicles crashed
on the same road and at the same spot.

This is less than two weeks after three persons lost their
lives and many others injured in a multiple car crash involving 16
vehicles, along the Kugbo-Nyanya road in Abuja,
Our correspondent gathered that the incident occurred when the driver of a Honda Academic model was reversing on the
fast lane of the road when a van which was coming behind rammed into it. While argument ensued, a 10-seater commercial bus popularly known as ‘Araba’ which was
on speed, rammed into the van hence causing multiple accident.
Five persons including a pregnant
woman were reportedly injured in the accident with different degrees of
injuries.
Meanwhile, the victims were given
First Aid treatments by the men of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC and the
Police before they were taken to the hospital.
